Is the inboard side of the headlight where the high beam bulb is?

Or is the 9007 high and low beam?

9007 bulbs are high and low beam. The inboard lights are parking/turn signal lights.

Ok cool. I just found some nice 01-05 Ranger Headlights and a 4300K HID kit. Time for a new mod!

can any1 show the wiring harness, or better yet a how to between the 2 diff headlights wiring harnesses?

As far as the wiring harness goes, its real easy. Cut your old connector off and splice in a Ford one. I got my at Pick -ur-part for a buck. I think they are pretty universal, mine came from a late 90's crown vic. Each one only has three wires, One for ground, one for high beam and one for low beam. I fiddled with mine till I got the right combo, Took all of 5 min!
