Whoa that bed looks rough. A quart of por15 will be enough. I would also suggest one of there topcoats so it wont fade and will be protected from UV rays.

after i use the por15 im gonna shoot it with like 3or4 coats of a high build primer

blast her again and get some good epoxy primer on her and for the por 15 after you use it on the bed sand it and get some one to spay it with line-x or some other bed spray in liner.

for the floor im just gonna use the floor outta my other bed so right now the only thing i gotta worry about is the sides

you have to use one of their topcoats cause regular paint wont stick to the POR 15. Even after prep(sanding etc...) my trailer still flaked within a month, the POR 15 still stayed tough as nails tho.

inmho. get it blasted again and get them so shoot it with an expoxy primer/sealer.. you wont get a good paint finish over por15. great stuff for undersides, floor pans cet.. but i wouldent use it under my exterior paint... a shop round here wouldent charge more than 150 to blast and shoot it for ya.

ive been quoted 150-200 just to blast it around here. there isnt many people that do it here that i have found. i know a place i can take it and get it blasted for like 120 but with the gas i would burn taking t up there and picking it back up i would have more in it than i would getting it done locally but im gonna shop around some tomorrow and see what i can find

well after alot of sanding to remove some of the rust and having to use the old bed floor i decided to just use the bedsides. does anybody know besides the spot welds at the front wall and along the bed rails about where the rest of them are and what else i have to do to get the sides off
