EEK!
Okay, if I remember correctly, your in for alot more work than you think!
When I had to panel my old bed, the spot welds were along the inside of the rails. Once you drill them out and punch at it, the bedsides end at the little lip under the inside rail. You cant see it unless you bend the outside sheetmetal.
Go along the whole bed like that until they are all free.
As for the front, the front piece comes off with bolts, but I dunno where in the front the spot welds are for the front.
As for the back, where the tail light is, that bodyline that runs down is where you seperate the two panels. Inside the tail light housing the spot welds can be drilled. Under the bed you will see where the two join inside and you will need to drill those as well.
After all is said and done, the outer bed panel can be removed! Repeat this for the other side!
After that, I'm pretty sure it will be just the bed itself. The taillight portion and the rollpan may be one with it... I doubt it though.
Finding the spot welds are a b$%@h!
HAVE PATIENCE, take your time finding them, and pry on stuff slowly and gently to find the others!
IF I were you, I would say screw that, and cut the bedsides and floor where you want and drop in the other one and weld it all back in without the spot welds!
