MTX 9515's... Video 10-5-2008!!!

nice found man i have 2 7512 on my truck with a mtx thunder 1800 watt amp and it pound really hard, now i can't imagine those 15's with that amp on ur truck!!

I sold that Clarion amp a while ago,but I've had that Kenwood for like 2 years.It's just taking up space and I don't have a vehicle to put it in.

what your plan for boxing these monsters?

more then likely a ported, tuned, wall.... building just a box wont be enough.... 2x4 frame with 2 layers of 3/4 mdf. i may have someone build it for me or get some dimensions from an audio shop so that its the right size for the speakers.... guy i bought them from had them in mtx built and designed boxes but they were way to big to fit into my truck..... it will weight a ton lol... but it will also cause hearing loss.... also got to get some sound mat and do the entire cab.....

look at it this way...the extra weight will help make your truck lower. You're hitting 2 birds with 1 stone.

those are gonna be nuts. now what happened to the square kickers? im interested.

i sold them on craigslist for $250 a few months back.... i needed money so...... i got more then what i paid...... i also had them forsale on here but no one wanted to pay for them.....

oh yeh i remember seein them now. after shipping cost up here i could just find them locally for most likely cheaper. cant wait to see the setup.

i actually thinking of redoing the box that i had the kickers in for the 15"s just going to put a new top on the box and cutting holes for the subs on the side... untill i get some money up for components and the materials for the new box/wall

nice man. whats your plans on the box? btw subs fwd and port up does awesome in these trucks.
i cant wait to see some pics of it all installed. i love mazda trucks. look sexy and get nasty loud.
