h20melon- nice door panel job clean and simple... are those like 6" subs or are they mid range?

It's a set of Diamond Audio Hex components. The tweeters are flush mounted a little higher in the door. Thanks for the compliments.I like clean and simple. That truck was my daily at the time and didn't want anything crazy. It's the same truck in my signature pic.

Hey I don't have any pics yet but I mounted my alpine amp on the side behind my drivers seat and made a single sub box for behind the passengers seat for my 12" sub.
The sub box is held to the side with large panel clips so it doesn't move around and I put a plug on the lead coming into it so it can be removed if I ever need to have 3 passengers in the back.
Currently with it in there I can have one person sitting behind me and one in the middle without it being too cramped or when I go to work or do any shopping (tools etc) I can put the bags back there.
It was a compromise that I'm happy with, I have a monoblock alpine amp for the sub under the seat, the amp on the wall is for my door speakers only.

That's a lot like what I wanna do. Hows it sound?

P.S. Looks like a diff seat in the back then mine. I have two single fold down ones, looks like a bench in yours???

Sounds pretty good actually, it's got enough boom to rattle panels and set off car alarms and with the components it's really crisp sounding inside and out.
I'd happily say it holds it's own against my old set of Power Acoustik 12" subs, the Pioneer sub has about 1-1/2" of xmas (travel of speaker not christmas), the pictures do the box no justice, due to it's funny shape it holds about 1.5cu ft of air, plenty for good boom.
Quite suprisingly also is that the sound doesn't at all sound like it's all bias to the one side too, that was my initial concern about the single sub in the back.

The seat could be because my ute (truck) is a Ford courier, in saying that though I have seen your seats in a courier too, maybe it's a optional thing.
I think that if I was to do it again I would have preferred the sub behind my seat now though as whenever I have rear passengers they have to sit behind me which means I have to move my seating position
P.S. It's a little hard to tell but we drive rhd over here and that box is behind my passenger in case anyone was curious why I was worried about the biased sound and my seat moving concern.

Aesome man, I was wondering why you put it behind the passenger seat, was it just an oversight? Mine is a B2200 and it has two individual rear seats that fold up. I'll get some pics when I start the process
