seam sealer is a minitruckin BD staple!
what guage sheet did you make yer filler plates out of?

i used 16 ga. sheet metal...but i think it waz to thin. but i dont see any problems with it so it should be fine.

yeah, yer prolly fine, I dont think they use anything that heavy on any of the body panels anyways, but they do layer in a few sub frame locations, like the front of the truck, where its almost unibody style. The inner fenders may be, you could reinforce the mod with some gusseting or layers too. A bead roller is nice to have to give some strength to sheet metal panels.

you didn't bd that far, so it might not affect you, but i picked up a tip from a dude at reso this year. my seat is way too close to the steering wheel.... i can barely squeeze my legs underneath. well anyway this guy showed me his mazda and he cut out the crossmember under the front of the seat, and welded it up flat, and that gave him way more legroom. i thought i'd mention that to you now, instead of after you put your interior back in, like i did....

i rolled er outside today cuz it waz nice out....just to see what it looks like on the ground and not on the jack stands.

doesnt sit perfect yet. i havent put the 4 link and bags in the rear yet. Bags will be here tuesday and the super lift super pivot 4 link from SD will be here in 2 weeks.

did i miss something or did you do a stockfloor/traditional bd combo kinda thinG? i notice parts of your floor are cutout and you cut your tranny tunnel, so i was just wondering?
