i was told the passenger side plug goes to pos batt terminal, the other to ground.

thats the way it was on youre truck? hmm alright i will try that, so the black on your pic was to ground i assume and red to positive on battery i assume?

thanks, all i need to know now is how the hell to get this belt on the pulley, lol what size belt do i need?

is the belt way off? you might be able to slip it on there with a screw driver if its not too far off.

its not WAY off its real close, i cant get a screwdriver in there lol i tried that, its really close too. i dunno imma try again in the morning, hopefully ill get it on.

well figured out by removing that bolt did nothing to help me, lol so i took the bracket off and got a chance to use my new makita grinder, it kicks some savage ass, lol, i ground the bracket down A LOT cuz im at my store doing it and dont wanna have to come back to do it if i didnt do it enough. so im hoping this will take care of the clearance issue and allow me to hook up my alternators belt.
