Just got my first mazda.Sold :(

so browsing the internet i came across this, im thinkin that the way trashed wired his maybe wrong?? the top on is a diagram of the alternator i have... the way its wired there is needless to say NOT the way i wired mine,,, im wondering if i should do it this way..

Just hook the positive directly to the bater or to the starter and it will work fine. Thats how mine is done and my alternator is pretty much the same. Its not grounded either.

well today i got my fuel pump from toddluck and i installed it and vwala no more fuel leak so thanks todd..... that was awesome of you, so yea started to truck runs great still lol and i will change out the wire formt he alt to the battery because its still not charging!!!! freakin lame, and my choke WONT turn off!!!! i hooked up to the coil like dropped90 told me to, and it wouldnt start, un hooked it and blam it started lol, this whole gm alternator thing is a cock of crap lol im so fed up!!! please help me someone

yea, im hoping to drive it tomorrow to the alt guy, depending how busy work is, see if he can diagnose it, might have to do it saturday, but im driving the bitch tomorrow, lol
