yea, havent seen anyone do it, cept for one pic i saw but it was a 4x4 grill and i didnt like it, firt 2wd grill i have seen like it, once i get a block i will finish the top of it, it bubbles up cuz i didnt sand it enough.

drove it all day yesterday, maybe the alt is chargin under load, imma hook up my meter today and stick it to my window and drive... but its running great... smokes a lil on start up but what mazda doesnt lol

my buddys alternator does the same thing, he said he has to rev it a little higher than normal so it will kick in more.

well like i rev it up under the hood, with my volt meter on there and it doesnt fluctuate at all.. so thats why im thinkin maybe it needsa to be under a load
