dude your close. you can see in the top pic that you oversanded your top coat of filler. it should be feathered more. it shows thru in your primer job(what painters call assholes). its real close tho. that rattle can primer is CRAP! not even worth wasting your time on. personally i'd have waited till you get your grant fillers and then done the whole job at once, because you'll have to grind off that filler and primer to weld the taillight fillers in. when you are done with the whole task prime with your quality filler primer after doing your body work, give it a few days to cure and then sand it. you CAN NOT rush a quality job. i don't care who says otherwise. thats why $40,000 paint jobs don't get done in a week. takes time to cure, shrink, sand and cure some more. trust me your body filler does shrink back.

actually, you cant tell in the pics but i left enough room on the top for me to weld to. i wont need to take it off, also yea those lil holes i know are there, i also didnt sand it smooth either its still pretty rough, just coated it cuz its raining and i dont want moisture to start surface rustin mah shit lol. thanks eveyone so far you all have helped a lot with this.

well tomorrow im ordering my taillight fillers from grant kustoms, im pretty stoked, my upper link should be done soon from seth (twisted minis) and then imma start on my fillers and when eric comes to visit we will start on my link, for xmas im getting my rear bag setup from suicide doors, so the rear will be laid down here shortly. also, am getting a gas door filler from grant, and havent decided if im shaving the handles, i think im goin to shave the passenger side one and leave mine normal, what do you guys think?

im not a big fan of the one handle shaved deal.
i figure either do them both or get yourself a shiny brand new set of handles.
