Sparky Mazda (Finished Pg. 31)

If my calculations are right, about 1/8" between the air cleaner and the hood, and between the oil pan and the crossmember. Which is enough room for the motor to rock on startup and hard acceleration from a stop. IE, dropping the clutch.

I'll figure it out when I put them in tomorrow. These are a prototype. So I might have to work out some kinks, but I won't really know until I put them in and do some measuring.

Motor mounts installed. Stock hood closes with a little trimming.


With a little luck it will hit the ground tomorrow.

Radiator leaks out of the housing on the bottom. I'm draining it now, going to try to solder it tomorrow.

No idea. No one in my family does anything like this. I think its easy. I always just looked at it as art, because I was always good at that. And if I treat it like art, I enjoy it more, and it shows in the work I think.
