I didn't even think of that. I'm not really a sports fan. I just like the black and gray together. And tuck-n-roll is my favorite. But my brother said cowboys because its blue with gray inside.

Wood isn't really my thing, but this turned out better than I expected for a first shot. Just have to figure out how I want to finish it now.

I am very surprised by how well these 8" shallow (2.125" deep) mount subs sound. I had a single 10 in a truck box sitting on the floor for a few days before I got this finished, and these are actually clearer and hit harder. They're not as deep, but with some tuning they could probably be deeper. But I'm satisfied with them. They sound good with all types of music.

good job brotha, you know what looks good in the wrinkle finish paint.... just a suggestion

I want something that kind of matches my truck. There isn't any wrinkle finish anywhere else. I think I may go vynil. I think its too square to look good painted, unless I round the corners. Haven't figured out how they do that so uniformly. And I know I don't have the tools.

Router for them rounded corners??

do you want it to stay removable? you could fiberglass it into the cab, make it flow.

It needs to be removable.

routers are cheap, or borrow one, and definately wrap the box in vivyl to match the seat

forget wraping it sand it down router the edges and use some body filler and paint it to match the truck us some extra mdf around the box and get them painted too so it looks like it's all part of the back and it flows. The box looks good and by wraping it you will kinda lose it in the truck.
