gonna be a hotrod black primer and a guy is coming down from oklahoma to the show next week to lay down a von dutch style pinstripe job for me.

Sorry I forgot to check back. I can't remember, but it was from eBay as well. Mine grounded itself out and smoked it, seized up, burned the belt off, and welded the two wires to the post on the back. I just got a new stock 60 amp one and a new belt this week to put on my truck. Hopefully it works out better. And I wish you luck with yours. Mine quit at the worst possible time.

Truck looks good though. Will look nice flat black with some striping.

Maztang it looks total tits man. I would love to see this baby in person. I actually like the burgandy color...but hotrod black and Von Dutch style striping will def look good too.

thanks guys, i like the candy red myself but the guy that painted it didn't prep it at all! hell, i didn't have to sand very much. it mostly just chipped away and then i scuffed up what was under it. haha. but house of kolor paint isn't cheap and this is about to be my daily for a little while until i find a car.

thanks for the heads up again twisted. hopefully i won't have any issues with it. i can't believe yours did all that at once. that is nuts!

interior is complete for the show. still need a few things but they can wait. i got the gauges hooked up (thanks a lot dev, they look great!). got the radio hooked up with a 4" in the dash, 4"ers behind the seats and 1" tweeters hidden in the defrost. wired the brass knuckle switchbox for side to side and got the rockers hooked up and mounted under the dash for front and back. the pics don't really do it justice, it looks pimp in person, imo. just about got the engine all squared away and should be spraying the rest of the hotrod black tomorrow night.

i wish, just a little blaupunkt that i bought years ago. i ran out of money for the truck so i have to save up again for the in-dash tv and some other stuff i want to get.
