Well got to work on her more today. I am almost done prepping the driver side for welding. The passenger side is ready. Just need a friggin welder. I know these are prolly pretty basic but oh well like I said before...I plan on documenting almost every step of this project.
Let me know what you think.

Finally the ever popular wheel on with no tire but still tucked. This is just about maxed out. Has 1/4" clearance in the wheel well with out being cut. Should lay frame with a 205/40R16 tire measuring 22 1/2" diameter.

progress looks good man. i like how you cut the lcas and the plate fits flat on it. and the hole doubles for a way to get the bolt for the bag in. i wish i would have done mine like that.

arms look great man. are you gonna put another hole in the bottom to get the bolt in for the bag?
jmzcustomz (jeff)   +1y
You know I thought about it but I am able to get my hand and a wrench into the arm so I may not. I am wanting to keep the two whole for the strut brace as they may become the new mounting spot for the sway mounts. With Dev's help I am going to triangulate my arms similar too Josh's and mount my shock to the new piece as Josh has planned to do. I still need to do some smoothing on that arm and weld up and smooth the other one as well. we shall see....

Jeff - LCA is looking great! Great attention to detail. I like the removal of the torsion bar attachment - very nice.
