that mazda is a trailer queen. It MIGHT run 15 minutes on the road, then park. Its VERY clean tho. Pics do it NO justice.

Pics I took at Scrapin The Coast '07....

Your swap is looking really good. You probally gonna run into a lot of little problems mine were exhaust clearance, power steering pump, and trying to keep it under the hood. Do any of you V8 swap guy have pics off your radiator for example how you mounted then. I have a small Griffin aluminum one thats supposed to cool up to 550 horse but I cant figure out a nice way to mount it.

i wish i had some pictures, but mine is blown apart right now . the dash is out of a 50 or 51 ford car.

i just bolted the stock radiator in the stock location.

^^ So are you going to run your stock radiator or get an after market one?

I don't care what anyone says bro re-core it or go with a custom rad. I have had v-8's in a few mazda's and learned the first time I didn't listen to my friend and bang she popped big time. not trying to cause waves bro but in the end it's worth the extra few bucks to know that it is got the extra there. just my 2 cents.

what do you mean recore it to a 3 core? how is that possible?

we'll see how things go. if it starts running warm i'll figure it out then. i did a 383 in an s10 and used a smaller radiator than this one and it stayed nice and cool, and that had fender liners and a stock hood. so i'll just play it by ear. thanks for the input though, i do appreciate it.
