all you really need to be able to powdercoat is an oven that is ONLY used for powdercoating....you can buy the powdercoating dust from sears... they also have a gun to magnetize the dust to make it stick to the metal then you bake it in the oven and ...taaa daaa you got yourself a powdercoated part for your mazda (or any other type of vehicle.)

The sears/summit racing gun sucks worse than mine. Dev's got the best hobby gun.

Why is EVERYTHING on this truck halfassed? I wired up the new wiper motor and before I soldered the stuff together I figured I'd test it out. Good thing I did. Wipers were stuck on high mode. Vatozone wants $60 for the switch. To top that off, the machine shop called and told me one of the asshats that owned the truck before me brazed, soldered, or welded the freeze plugs in the head. Thanks asshole. Looks like another PAP run is imminent.

I got the gauge cluster mocked up.

These mofos are BRIGHT.

Those gauges are sweet. Who makes them? Cyberdyne?
quadmasta   +1y
Cyberdyne indeed.

I was going to get this model gauge but they were sold out. I think it's number is T-800.

Parts are looking good, truck should look good when it starts to come together. Love the gauges. Bada$$

Got the block today. It was purdy. Now it's black and shiny.

Painted the intake. I didn't feel like dealing with all of the masking issues I'd have when powdercoating it. I should have the head tomorrow or Friday. Gotta step my stuff up a notch to keep up

hell yea man that looks good! You should have powder coated it since you have all the stuff to do it with.
