I don't know what beef you have with me but you have always had somethin smart ass to say in regards to me. Its pointless to get in some e-thug match with you so this is all I will say to you. I've slowly been workin on this body work on the tailgate... Almost got it right. I still have a couple small dents above the upper body lne that i have to deal with.. pop out/fill.. Here's a couple pics of it on the bed..

tailgate looks good man. you sure do need a rollpan to finish that up....

just shining my rainbow of wisdom your way. i'm good at spotting the obvious, and by your comment, you, to me seemed to wonder why people thought you were a hack...

Gusset up or down doesn't matter, gusset down is only as strong as the weld, where as a gusset up relies on the weld for strength less. With a good weld it really makes no difference. Also if its strong enough to mount the controll arm to, i'm sure its strong enough to mount the gusset to, should have no problems at all unless your building a hopper.

and a good weld will rip the parent metal before the weld itself breaks. its like wood glue is stronger than the wood(if you're more of a wood man)

I FINALLY got all my shit to build my lower control arms. . .

I got em all finished up. . I jus gota make the tabs to come off the frame. . . I'm very pleased. . Let me know what ya think! ! !
