MY NEW 92........got her running.........!!!!!!!!!!!!

we got cited once because we had a 69 chevy c10 in our driveway my roommate was tearing apart to bag and shit, and we had two boxes of donation clothes, toys etc 'the arc' was coming to pick up to give to mentally handicapped people in the community. well we got cited for unsightly trash on our porch and the non op truck in the driveway. i was pissed.

I have never heard of these rulse lol, Until this forum, I have never had any issues with anything like this here in CA.

Ya, ours is by our neighborhood association, it is a group that was elected because they told no one about the meetings. Once they got there little group into place the leader of the assholes (excuse language) went around handing out citations for things like basketball hoops on the wrong side of the driveway, storing trash cans out side, etc. We are also not aloud to build sheds for storage, and we almost got in trouble for building a dog house. Are dog was also once taken to the pound for being out past 9 o'clock. Through all of this, I haven't gotten in trouble for my non running vehicle which is sitting out in front of the house (knock on wood).

lucky you.....lol i dont have a neighborhood association or anything like that but i have been in this house since 85... my parents moved and gave it to me back in 2003 and since then i have had nothing but freaking code enforcement on my ass due to one psycho lady who hates me cause i dont kiss her butt i tell her straight i really dont like her.......lol anyways... got the tank back together and back into the truck. i am going to get another can of seafoam and add it to some gas i'm getting then add another can when i fill it up after i get it running.

cool, I just hope your engine isn't all gummed up like the tank was.

ok well i flushed out the tank like 12 complete times today and put it back together. i went and got another can of seafoam and poured it along with 5 gallons of fresh gas and went to crank it up. it took about a good 5 minutes or so and it fired off... loping bad like a bad miss in it... couldn't get over 500rpm with the pedal to the floor(due to bad gas still in the system. so i checked the dist. cap and rotor. rotor was bad so i got a new one. while i was removing the dist. cap one of the bolts broke with a few threads sticking out of the dist. so thats another problem...lol... but i ended up changing the rotor and adding new plugs (i ran out of cash so i didnt get the cap or the wires yet.
it idles good now that i got the good gas in the system. i even drove it around the block a few times runs freaking great. but....
i have no clutch pedal whatsoever. when i picked it up originally there was no fluid in the clutch master cylinder. i replaced my clutch master and slave off of my 90... so i am going to remove the ones from my 92 and return them to the parts house and get new ones (i love lifetime warranties.....) so hopefully by the weekend i will have a clutch pedal. ok let me hear what you guys think....

WELL SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS I RUINED THE #3 WIRE ON THE 92 SO I HAD TO STEAL THE #3 FROM THE 90 ON 22'S SO... IT WILL HAVE TO BE A FEW DAYS AS I AM BROKE. STUPID ME ROLLED THE 88 GREEN MACHINE OUT OF HERE WITHOUT SWAPPING PARTS........LOL DAMMIT MAN I HAD A NEW SET OF WIRES RIGHT THERE......LOL
