did you have to do anything to the bed to make the rollpan fit??

not really. just beat it with a hammer on the bottom and then used the wirewheel where we welded. we were thinkin bout cuttin the bed but we got it to fit no prob.

yeah because mine doesnt line up right towards the bottom should i cut the bottom of the bed off?

did you get it from fbi? thats where i got mine from so once we got it on it was a lil low, compared to tailgate, in the middle but i'm just gonna go with it. if you want you can cut it off cuz it just levels out the factory 'rollpan'. mines a lil low but lil things dont bother me so i'm just leavin it.

the only thing i see with welding it to the factory pan or cuttin the facotyr pan is gittin it to line up with the bed and everything. it was suggested to me to use a lil filler metal but we got it to work and i'm happy with it cuz its not a show truck, its MY truck.

cut the lower bed pan off if you want and then fill it or fab or whatever to make it fit. mines maybe an 1/8 inch off in the middle of the gate but its MINE and i'm not worried cuz its one of them 'i know what it took to get it to this' jobs so it doesn't bother me.

we 'made' it fit with a hammer and a grinder. its low in the center by a bit and it fits perfect on the ends. we just weleded it on the lower half for a lil insurance.

tak it in and see if you like the look is all i can say. i'll nit-pick my buddy's truck but he did all the weldin for me so i have no prob with my things bein a hair off.

i gots a bumper awhile back and been runnin the truck with just the chrome center for awhile. FBI doesn't carry the lexan windows for the mazda now (no idear why) so i just stuck the plate in the back window.

also, i finally got new lower balljoints in her so hopefully it doesn't eat up the new tires to bad.

and since i got my income tax (FINALLY!) i did a lil shoppin for my 'dawg.
