Well, its been a while since i posted anything up. The girl of 3.5 years andI broke up, so I was a bit out of it for a while, but my family and some great friends helped me thru it (That, and copious amounts of alcohol... )

Anyways, a friend of ours decided to step up to 22s on his Nissan Hardbody. He and another guy handled the front setup, then after a visit to our shop, he approached us about changing the bag-on-axle setup in the back of his truck, as it wouldnt lift enough to clear the new rollers. We said sure, on the condition that I would get free riegn over suspension design, and he couldnt see it til it was done. He said OK...

New carrier bearing crossmember compared to factory:

Installed:

44" lower link bars:

Pivot setup for the Cantilever arms. I like to hide bolts as much as i can:

Setting up Cantilever arms:

Finished arms, and ground down welds:

Upper third link setup:

And the results!

We still have to get the fuel cell and battery set up, and redo the compressor mounts. Then hopefully I can get back to my Mazda!
