No offense taken. The rockers are tacked to the channels and the cab is constantly measured for square, and the doors fit nice. The "cutting out" of the floor merely consisted of removing the few pieces of rust that were still connecting the floorpan to the cab. the cab was WAY tweaked and out of square BEFORE I cut out the floor. I had to lift the doors to open them, and the cab was cracking right behind the door opening from the tweak. the cab was supported by the steering column and the back wall. The cab mounts were attached to thin air.

I got the floorpans in and got the trans tunnel and driveshaft tunnel rough fabbed, but my brother didn't bring the camera to work like i told him to, so you get no piucs till at least monday. sitting in the truck with a real floor with a real seat feels so goood. got rid of all that esky headroom, too. i'll have 3-4" of headroom instead of 7" like before.

I can imagine on that seat feeling issue! Suprised the old seat frames didn't drag on the ground the way the old floor sounds. Guess all us pic whores will have to wait til Monday

The floor had such large holes in it, that when I rode in the truck I had to put my foot over the hole so the front tire didn't throw crap on me. Flinstone style.

So I figured out yesterday that I actually have more turning radius the lower I go due to the control arms pulling the tires inward as they swing up. the tires don't camber in, they physically move inward like an inch.

^ gotta love those geometery quirks!

^^ That soulds more like what I was expecting. At least on the upside things are definately improving - no more rocks in the face.
