Yeah, all the pivots are either welded fully, or will be by the time its moving. As far as reinforcing goes, I am not quite sure what you are looking for. The tabs are chromoly, so they aren't going anywhere once fully welded. The upper arms are the same height, but the pivot is moved farther inward. This makes the upper arm longer and minimizes camber change.

I love the work! I am not a juice fan normally, however, your work is so clean and well thought out that who can not appreciate it? I was wondering where you got your rear link set up? I like the fact that it allows you keep the gas tank in the factory spot. Keep up the pics and good work. -ED

I made the link setup from scratch. It is 1-1/2" .120 wall cromoly tubing (uppers & lowers) There are urethane bushings on the frame pivots, and 3/4" heims on the axle pivots. In order to lift all the way up, I had to fold the lip of the gas tank down. I wanted the upper links to have as much triangulation as possible. It pulls a pretty good side also. LOL
