The frames are all identical. Like Twisted said you undo the one nut on the bottom of the 2.0 rubber isolator then put the 2600i isolator in its place. The trans mount is in the same place also. It is a direct swap. Have fun!

P.S. the drive shaft will have to be modified to work. Mazda never put the 2600i in a std cab short bed. The yoke and the flange are different.

i saw a b2600i single cab short bed at the junkyard before.... are you sure they never made one??

In a 4x4 version std cab short bed. I should edit my knowlege----In California they never had a 2wd std cab short bed. I know that because of smog laws other states may have different stuff. I met a guy that brought a legit 92 B3000 v6 from out of state. Its is the same motor that is used in the MPV. Even the fender badge said B3000. Basterd won't sell it to me either.

that would have to be a custom jobby with a badge from a newer ford byproduct. there never was a b3000 offered that was all mazda
