Fixed up the Ford Tempo console a bit

Okay I finnished the console now. I made a shifter boot and arm rest. The color didn't match at first but I hit the auto parts store. Vinyl paint actually works! This was color my vinyl was when I bought it. To think I hated home ec. class.

ive never seen a tempo console in a mazda that looks really good man and that shifter boot goes good with it

Man, I'm very sorry for the late reply,I don't get follow up emails on all my posts for some reason? They are not direct bolt on, but a very easy mod, a little cutting on the mirrors and an extra whole drilled on the door corner where the stock mirror mounts to. I have a set if interested. It needs to be painted, I ahve some photos if you'de like.

The console wasn't my idea. Slamsonthedawgmaster's brother put it in there when he owned it. I just did some trimming cause it creaked and moved a bit. And it was just plain ugly. The shifter wasn't getting it's full range of movement so I made the boot and matching arm rest. This is how it looked when I got it.

Looks way better now. Almost factory looking

exact same as a taurus console... and i gots a spare gray one in the garage! sweet deal, great idea.
