Been a while since I updated this thing. Haven't got much done just been busy with the kids, soccer and house hunting. I did manage to get the motor pulled out of the Mercedes. Hopefully I can get this thing going again.

Yessss I love the engine swap! What will be the first show you go to next year?

Little progress but no pics Got the truck back in the garage. Now just need to get the front end pulled back off and start moving motors around.

Any progress is good, as small as it may be!

Do you have an idea yet of how you're going to mount the shell since you put the out bedrails on the inside?

Probably not going to run the shell . I sat the shell on and it is about 1 1/2 shorter than the cab. So it doesn't fit right. 4 door cabs must be a little taller in the back than our cabs.
