91 b2200 build : Black Thunder

The welds look good to me. . . Keep it up man. . . makin good progress. . . how thick is the crossmember for the upper link bars that you made? ? diameter and wall thickness . . . And is it DOM? ?

Thanks Josh, I'm watching your thread closely as it has given me a great idea of how I should do a body drop! As for the crossmember it is 1 and 1/4'' tubing .125 wall. not too sure what DOM stands for so you might have to explain a little more. I'm not to sure how well it will hold up so I might brace it to the frame with two more peices 12'' in on the crossmember on either side and then trianglutaed to the frame. Thats all up in the air right now though.

Ya if it's only 1", I'd def add some braces. . . And DOM is drawn over mandrel. . its seamless tubing. . stuff used for rollcages. . . and 4 links
