According to my tape measure I knew it would be close to fitting it underneath. I know it isnt much but a 215 is 0.3in shorter than my 205. I know any little bit helps. Its getting linked so the bolts is no worries. I will weld my top piece on first and cut up to it, weld the pipe in, and reinforce the sides a little bit. I am fairly sure that the tires will rub on the wheel wells. So I geuss tubs will be going in for that. Will up front hit as well?

as for the rear wheel wells you have to fully remove the plastic liner and the supports that are in there as well

the front be ready to cut the shit out of it to lay frame on 17's with 215-40's i cut the wheel well out and a 1-1/2" up the sides to lay out

as for the reinforcment of the sides not a must thats why i put the bag bar behind the notches on both makes it stong as hell also you have to cut the gas tank cross bar out to lay look at the pics were i cut it he is putting the tank back in the stock local so i left the bar drivers side piece was cut out the rest of the way

I knew up front that probably all would have to come out thats why I am plannin on trailer fenders. But the back had me wondering. I had been told quite a few different stories on they would or wouldnt have to be cut out to clear.

I am keeping my gas tank in stock location too. I knew some of the bar would have to go to clear. Did you raise the tank any? How much lift does his setup get out back?
