ok well guys, i know this isnt a typical build for mazdabscene, but i thought what the heck might as well post it. most of the truck is covered in second skin damplifier pro sound deadener. itsthe best stuff ive messed with. secondskinaudio.com it is an on going battle and will be done by usaci finals in oct. 3-4th so lets start from the beginning.....

i started with some of this edead ue deadener (junk) it was exspensive and did the job of me going to lowes and putting on peel n seal

lowered the truck....static

stock battery when i got the truck


replaced the battery with a exide group 31 agm roadforce battery. fit right in the tray

the box build this is the only place youll see my entire box build




1in b7 all thread for bracing

45'd the corners


put dividers in

20 degree back port angle

test fitting

pulled the stock alty out....


replaced it with a mechman alternator ( mechman.com)

250 amps at 1200 rpm great for audio and for other electrical strains

got my SECOND SKIN DAMPLIFIER PRO

36 sq ft. best stuff ive played with/installed.only thing that is close is dynamat extreme, but this stuff is much better. and the owner ant is a great guy and is actually the one who ansers emails and the phones. and is always coming up with new product....secondskinaudio.com check it out.
