The box seams are located right beside the tail light and run from the top of the box to the bottom as well as on the front bed wall right near the rear window

I have to wait until i have a day off so on friday i will go and swap out my mig mix tank for a full one. This evening i pulled the leafs and cut out the mounts. Still lots of cleaning up left back there.

Today i got off work at 4:30 and drove straight to Air Liquide hoping i would be picking up my freshly filled cylinder unfortunetly the delivery truck never made it to the shop so another day without all mig gas. I did end up leaving the shop with new inside and outside lesnes for my miller elite.

How did you guys cleaning up your rear frame rails? Using my 5" rat tail grinder with a disk or a wire cup is taking a very long time and is filling the garage with a horrible haze of rust dust for hours. I am thinking the best way would be a portable sandblaster but i dont have an air compressor capable of running one or the blaster itself. I may look into renting one.

whoa unfortunetly i think i will be running factory wheels and tires for a while but will forsure have some questions about the back end. I dont know where i should start on the rear frame besides welding in the notch. Would the location of the cross bar the link arms pivot from come next? I will need some serious help with this part.

haha... i think i ran in to a problem, on mine... with the placement of my notch, but that's because i didn't have my axle in while doing it... big mistake...but looking at it now, I know how I should have done it to align it up. but yeah I'm more then willing to help out with what ever you need info on...

Im forsure pretty green about starting my rear bag on bar setup and will need some help getting it setup properly. i have saved several images from other build threads but they wont be enough. I dont think its possible for me to run into the same problem that you have because of the bag on bar lift vs the bax on axle.
I will be reading all of the 4 link articles i have saved as well.

If anyone that has done the bag on bar lift on their mazda could give me the full run down it would be apreciated.

front bag brackets welded up, still need to cap off the lower subframe holes as well as add these 2 little gussets ontop of each bag plate but i couldnt wait so i put it back together to test it out. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. It was plus 19 yesterday but it snowed today....
