ARE YOU TALKING FRONT OR REAR. AND YOU WANT A LITTLE TO GO WHEN YOU DO THEM ABOUT A 1/4 INCH OF EXTRA BAG LEFT WHEN LAID OUT TO KINDA MAKE THE BAG LAST A LITTLE LONGER CUZ WHEN COMPLETELY AIRED OUT THE BANDS INSIDE THE BAG WILL WEAR OUT.

Why are you yelling?
Is that with firestones or is that with all bags. The only reason I ask is because I have Slam speciailties and I have never heard of bands wearing out.

sory not yelling just left the caps on at work and i am saying they could wear out if your setup is fully compressed on the bags when on the ground you want about a 1.4 inch up from full bottom out of the BAG.

Ok So an update is due.

We pulled the lower control arms cut the booty fabed lower mounts and fabed up new boxed flat closiur.... all day work just to move the bags a 1/4 inch as soon as I have a little more time maybe tonight I'll post picks of the work, but we did get to put new Ball joints on.

Looking good, do yourself a favor and have those powder coated. They will look bad @$$ under your wife's truck and get her these for a L8 X-mas gift. -Ed

HEY just wondering if you are still looking for a bed and now an axle i have both from a 2200. standard cab so if you want i can sell. or trade for some work cuz i have a 4 lug rearend that i want to plug and redrill for the 6 lug bolt pattern. just let me know.
