in an effort to keep this project going I piddled with it for a couple of minutes. I went ahead and found the tank I am going to use and grabbed a couple of the backs to mock them up in the front. I found a welder but as I said before Ive never had to weld my own stuff and Im pretty sure the welder I have is not going to be sufficent enough to do the job. Take a look and let me know if anyone has ever used a 110, no gas welder and gotten the results that they need for a good secure weld?

just sittin about where they will go:

again, i am NOT a welder and I will have everything gone over again by a friend who is but I am getting better and picking up on how it is done a little more everytime I do it. I still have some trimming to do on the drivers side and then I'll do the PS next week. I've been on this project by myself and sometime you just need someone behind you telling you that you are doing it wrong. so till next week ......

it looks pretty close to the bag on this picture you might want more angle on the top bag braces so the bag wont rub when its in full up and down cycle.
