Progress is looking GREAT Ryan! And yes, you probably will be able to layout on a pretty decent sized rim! Keep up the good work and as always keep us pic whores happy

Thanks Linn, those last few pics is all the progress from Saturday. I just tacked everything up so I could see how it cycled and tonight I am going to fully weld everything up and get the shocks mounted. Gotta put the brake lines back together and bleed the brakes, and mount all the lines and wiring permanently and she will be ready to roll. Hopefully before to long I will be able to bag the frontend.

Bagging the front should be the interesting part! Rear end setups are pretty typical (bag on bar or bag over axel). Helped a friend raise the front of his truck to fit 26's but don't remember all the details of how the front goes together.

It's all a learning curve for me man. hahaha, I have never bagged a vehicle before, I redid a ton of shit on the Mazda but never had to setup the rear or anything. I have been doing my research though, and I talked to a guy that said the front of these trucks are pretty easy. Only hard part is gonna be relocating things but that won't be to bad I don't think. I think I was told the biggest tire I can lay on in the front is a 24.75" tire without a lot more modification and I am trying to keep this pretty simple because it is my daily.

cool cool man keep the progress up your working hard on this one

LOL, gotta love the learning curve - actually my favorite part of a project. As for the 24.75 I was wondering about that. I seem to remember a TON of crap on both inner fenders. Mazda's aren't so bad, especially with a weber. As always best of luck and keep doing your research

very nice looks like it will lay hard

Took it out for a test drive tonight, no vibrations but I have to get the shocks installed asap! I don't know how guys drive bagged trucks without shocks, that shit was crazy bouncy! And now I am actually glad that I went with the bigger C notch, it actually makes things easier to move around, relocate, and install. After messing with the 83 and its 8" notches this 10" notch is pretty nice, especially with all the crap that ford put on the back of this truck. haha
