splinter thx bre, linn yea that helps alot, but..i have no ignition at all...just wires cut lolz like i said dood had a push button on it, and ran them all with red wire, so when i took it off i found that the red wires ran to the colored wires, only thing i can figure out is, YES the clutch has to be pressed in for it to turn over when i hit the red/black wire to the red/white wire, but...does another wire have to be touching as well, load? cause when i touch red/black to red/white i get a starter ( trying to crank ) but im getting no spark from coil or straight from plugs ( of course ) but yea i dunno, and V8 yes thank you for crushing my dreams, 4x4 looks awesome lolz great truck you got, i think your way ahead of me,.....so you can spare that 4x4 bed!! send it broseph lolz

Try this, starting at the positive side of the ignition coil, follow the wire that is attached to it, up to and thru the firewall. Hopefully it will go up the steering column to the ignition switch. If not, you can always "hot wire" things. Simply put, a wire from the positive terminal of the battery to the positive terminal of the coil is basically what it takes to make these trucks run (assuming you are running a Weber carb which I think I remember seeing in a pic). Of course, once the truck is running the only way to shut it off is to pull the wire from the positive battery terminal.
