I would pull the bed and then remove the fuel sender from the tank and have a look inside first.......I used my digital point-n-shoot camera for the tank shot and looked at it to see inside the tank good........if it isn't too bad, then maybe you can clean it good and/or seal it with something like the POR 15 tank repair kit or just replace the tank if it looks too bad.

A lot of work to try and get done in 2 days off and maintain it as a daily driver. I think I will spend my days off the next couple of weeks getting my semi-retired '92 Sentra ready to pass state inspection, put it back on the road for the winter, and park the truck in the garage for the winter and treat it to new fuel lines, repaired/replaced gas tank, replace leaking gaskets, etc and re-introduce it in the Spring.

Do you have any pictures of your weber setup and what you did with the vacuum lines, etc? I have an 84' I'd like to do the swap on.

MazdaRod- I didn't take any and unfortunately, have had some more bad luck--blown head gasket two days ago...... I now have the intake manifold and such off or else I would take some for you....This thread among others helped me a lot. Unfortunately I did not save links to all of them......

Hope this helps
