are these circle connectors still needed?
the one that's not on the manifold leads to the harness under the intake manifold
whats the green red circled sensor in the manifold?
Is the blue circled vac diaphragm used with the Weber?

Does the large line running from the upper manifold near the carb to the valve cover stay intact?
or does the line run from the valve cover to the weber carb? I already have a valve cover breather

progress so far just cleaning up the harness and waiting for the Weber to arrive

if its part of the wiring harness and vaccume mess for the stock carb it can be COMPLETELY gotten rid of, including all the little canisters and anything else that was hooked up to a vacumme.... EVERY last plug that was on that harness is now useless!!!.... that would include every connector that is on ANY part of the electric harness that went to the carb and manifold... the ONLY vacumme lines you will need is for brake booster, the distributer and the pcv valve on top of the valve cover....... the ONLY electric wire you will need for the carb is for the electric choke that will hook to the back of the alternator.......... TRASH the rest.......

Thanks man!
cleaned up all the wires this morning
does the green plug in the manifold have to stay? it seems to be a coolant temp sensor?
the wiring for it is in the EGR harness. is this temp sensor for EGR alone?
This was in the EGR harness and i have already cut the wiring for it
but once i pulled it to find a blocker i realized it was the temp sensor

I want to be able to just bolt up my Weber and a few little things once it arrives

no its not temp sensor the temp sensor is on the harness for the starter and alt.... the harness for the carb and manifold went behind the main fuse block and back to the motor.... all that mess is useless too.....

There was coolant coming out of the hole once the sensor was removed from manifold

its still attached with this Weber setup.

I tried starting the truck a few times after i installed the Weber but forget my inline FPR hadn't arrive yet
do you think this is anything to worry about?

Alright can the upper soft lines be shortened for a cleaner look as drawn in MS paint?
can the check valve or whatever that is inline can be located further back? is the placement of the
FPR about a foot from the carb to close?

Thanks

I purchased an Inline fuel preasure regulator.
Now is it installed right after the 2 lines come to one on the straight? right before the carburetor?(1)

on the line with the inline check valve, before or after the inline check? (2)

on the line without the inline check valve(3)

Thanks in advance guys my FPR should be in soon and i would like to get my truck running again

Still looking for answer's to these questions as my FPR will be in soon.

thanks guys

my inline PROFUEL FPR came in today
do you guys think installing it on line 1 would be an issue or should it be on line 3?
i just want to make sure the return can still do its job.

I know some of the guys with Weber's don't' even run a FPR but i have one so i would like to.

I have decided to try running the FPR on line 1

Can any of this be removed after Weber install? I'm sure it has to stay correct?

I'll be rerouting my engine harness to the exterior of the fenders either way
