If you get swap out the OEM Carb you can get rid of almost everything on the passenger fender well.
You will only need the four blue and two black wires from the passenger side wiring harness which means you can also remove the ECU under the passenger kick panel.
That being said, you must know doing this swap is not a guarantee of better mileage and might not allow your truck to pass emissions testing. If you're doing it just to make it look good you also must know it is not a plug and play swap, you will need to tweak the aftermarket carb - the OEM carb won't work without all the wires and hoses...
