I know on a weber its supposed to go str8 to the carb (doesn't matter imo), idk about stock carb but either way, I capped off the advance port on the carb and used one of the nipples on the intake manifold, theres more vacuum there and it advanced earlier with it that way, so it gets better bottom end. I would say that its probly not where the factory put it but u cant go wrong hooking it up there so u should be fine, might even notice a little more power at the bottom end. all it does is use vacuum to advance timing, the higher rpm or load, the more it advances, and with it hooked up to the intake, it will advance earlier, but wont over advance as it can only advance so much. you might just notice a little bit quicker throttle response at lower rpm or when taking off through 1500 - 3000 rpms.

ok so on the wire tuck and emissions removal. theres a canister with three hoses coming off of it. these are gas lines. where did u put these?

You can just remove the canister. I left mine in amd hid it back on the firewall because that canister stops gas fumes from the breather hose from the fuel tank.
Its not needed to run but I have heard it can smell like gas in the cab without it.

Why does your a/c and hoses look different than the ordinary B2200 set-up?? Oh and the vacuum hose that goes to the vacuum advance goes to the carburetor and not the intake. there is a vacuum nipple on the passenger side of the carburetor just above the intake. Put your finger over this nipple and as you accelerate the carb by hand, you will feel vacuum being drawn ONLY upon acceleration.
