it probly could be timing. move ur dizzy back n forth n see if it helps and if not check your timing marks or the crank and cam. i set mine about 4 degrees btdc runs great. but like dude said ur cat or cats may be clogged hints when the egr opens it gets too much air and not enough going out. maybe even a dirty carb or float. maybe try alil sea foam?? just my 4 cents. most of the time its somthing small or simple with these trucks.

Mine wouldnt do past 65 either... Then i realized my e-brake was on..

took my b2200 to my father in laws buddy (who was working on a f'n Maybach that was shipped to his shop from FL) .. he could'nt get any adjustment out of the carb tried to adjust the float, idle, choke and nothing changed so im having it rebuilt
it was running super rich,

Swapped out the carb and its running great. Now i can focus on more important things, like getting her lower! Im on bump stops in front now and about 1.5 -2'' from the rear bumps so its going to take some work.
