EGR light on, no EGR

Didn't have to do anything. Started the truck and the light went out. Nice job guys. Thanks a bunch.

For those who may search and find this issue, as a summary, if you use the cluster from a 2.0L in a B2200, it will show up as an EGR light instead of a check engine light. However, the procedure is the same.
