use a stck manifold gasket from what i hear they work better than the headder gaskets

you can get the pacesetter gasket at
or
use the stock type that todd said, the are slightly better than the "paper" ones from pacesetter...
or
you could get paeco ind in b'ham al to make you a copper one, and use the copper permatex sealant, and it will last a lifetime...

speedster, i believe that pic is of the stock heat shield that goes over the stock mani to reflect heat away from the spark plugs....

Dude thats what i thought too. the fag at autozone told me no that's the gasket, and i was like umm... i don't thnk so, but even on the autozone website thats listed as the gasket. well i don't know, its the damnest gasket i've ever seen. all metal? WTF? hook me up with a paper one at least!

Dont' get me wrong, even if you use a stock type=felpro or w/e, it is still paper or fiberous, just better quality than the pacesetter, also it probably isn't a bad idea to use the heat shield too or you could cook the spark plug boots to the plugs, and what a pita they are to get off after that happens, usually results in a new set of plug wires being purchased.....but as I said before you could probably get paeco to make a copper one & with some permatex, never have to worry with replacing a blown header gasket again, plus they are reuseable, pricy, but reuseable

i went out to buy the gasket and they tryed to give me the heat shield too ,
and i went to o` reillys . i cant find the paper ones anywhere . i have the heat shield on it all ready so no problem with cooked wires ..

Wow i though the metal was a gasket. i have been using it since sept 07 and havent had any problems.. but i am missing the org heat sheild for the org mainfold and have replace the plugs once already. I wished i could put pacesetter headers on.. stupid emission laws..
