i got a 32/36 and I hate it its the worst carb i ever bought and weber is a sham for offering it. The first one i got was jetted so wrong i could catch raw fuel out my tail pipe and reuse it. it made my dog and i weep from the fumes. weber said huh, we dont build those thats wierd just re jet it. i asaid no . send me a new one. they send me a new one, made me pay for the second one too, works with a ton of mixture adjustment all the time. iu mean hey it rains, runs different. I run a header and a flow master but still come on. I actually bought them with a couple other friends. we ended up buying four at once the origianl time, cause they reccomned the 32/36. none worked right, every one else sold there trucks cause they could never get them right. the second carb worked for a while but now theres a float problem and it has washed down my cylinders and ruined the mains. thanks weber. Send the 32/36 back, it looks like the 34 works best from what i have read and is a true weber from what weber told me. but i wouldn,t trucst anything they say. they were so wishy washy when i dealt with them. and they'd contradict themselves a bunch. Part of the reason i gave away the head off my truck. i was sick off dealing with all the weber trouble. I was lookin for a 2600 i that i could swap all the fuel inj into or im going back to the stock set up. the weber made that piece of crap delrin loaded stock carb look like a tunnel ram and a 650. Im not saying youshouldn't use it but i highly doubt i got 5 bad carb's and im out 1500.00. hey if anyone nows how to make this piece fo crap work im open but i read all the posts about the mixture screw and all other hidden tricks i tried them and the didn't work on any of the trucks. just really soured me on weber carbs. hopefully they fixed them but i had a bad experience with all those 32\36's

maybe that's why when i asked Weber tech guy which he prefers personally 32/36- 34-or 38 he said 34 is best all around ,probably cause they don't manufacture them lol, sorry to hear about your problem bro,im kinda glad i have a solex now

so you pretty much bolted on the 34 and it worked good from the start, becasue id rather not try and find a decent factory carb that works. i got about 10 of them and they all aren't great but some work better than others just seems when the delriin wheres out the get massive air leaks and run wierd. i really liked the idea of a aftermarket carb since i went with a header but man o man its been tough to find one that worked fairly decent. My motor is stock and i just wanna have a realible runner when i finally go into this project agian. and yes i have found alot of help on ratsun ut there was some difficulty at first . thanks

well from day one the only thing i needed was a toyota throttle cable and that was all ,i did change high idle a tad but she run perfect ,cold and warm ,i love it ,im glad i got the 34 personally h20 melon only uses 34 too and he loves them he said and i think a couple people on here also run 34's ,the throttle cam is towards the rad tho but no biggy
