Thanks man it's a wonder how a set of wheels adds to the look of a vehicle.

Had another grille and wanted to see if it would look good in maybe bright silver. I like the looks of a chrome grille but saving for air ride stuff. So what I thought was silver is instead chrome in a can, hmmmmmmm gonna try a dark grey.

I was at first going to have my 5 spoke Nissan Titan wheels machined and powdered coated white but had that on hold while I saved up for tires. I then stopped by Les Schwab and low and behold they had a pair of used 225-35-18's for $80 SOLD I said they also had a set of 2011 Nissan Titan 6 spoke Jrock was trying to get me to buy months ago.

Well our Saturday morning 7am work party went very well, Jrock and I finished up on the Ford alt swap, best $36.00 I spent including the belt. Pick A Part here in Oly only charges $17.00 for a used alt and since you have to grind down the lower mtg tab if I beefed up a new one I would have been pissed. Only gripe is the alt at idle and at night the lights, headlights, parking, and dash all pulsate a little at first I thought this was due to the alt being used or on it's last leg. My guess is that most of the V6/V8 cars all idle above 1000rpm's while our trucks idle at around 750 so output will be a little unstable until the rpm's go up. I may put a 1 Farad cap inline to see if this helps.

Had to swap out both rear wheel cylinders and put new pads on the front. Gotta bring those 85 horses to a stop.

Next on the list is to paint my header, and get it installed and save up for my air ride stuff.

ANYONE HAVE A CHROME GRILLE FOR SALE CHEAP?

Yeah son I spend all week looking forward to sat work parties.... It's nice to have aomenone with same hobbies and same kinda scheduling issues so we start early and try and get him early for out honey do's done... Not to mention the colonel hooked me up tight like with a full 4 gauge to and fro battery, alt, ground and new terminals and a new fuse block for my compressors.....we have pumped out some work in our work party's... Now just to finish my alarm and do your mini notches.....this is true down home mini trucking revival in the south sound..... Two trucks deep.... Three if u count my datsun
