Wow!! That comment just made my day. Actually no, you just made my week!

Thank you for taking the time to read through my thread and leave such kind remarks. I truly appreciate that. I could not have done this project without the support (and patience) of my wife, and the great help from many friends. I have lent a hand to help in return whenver they ask, but I still owe them so much!
I guess it's just the way I am, when I say I'm going to do something, I do it. When I start something, I finish it. Sometimes it takes longer than I want, or run into more complications than expected, but I never quit. It's a good mantra to have.

I echo Mjavy7's comments Mike! Great work and perseverance!

You should be very proud of your accomplishment!! I look forward to seeing your interior redo!

Thanks Dan!

I'm slowly chipping away at little details not really picture or post worthy over the winter. But I'm very close to getting it out for spring and starting on my interior updates.

Of course with a 1 year old toddler running around it is more difficult to find time. But no excuses, lol!

Thank you!

Picked up this sweet deal on eBay for $52 shipped! It's from an '01 Nissan Xterra. Fits perfectly between the seats and on the modified driveshaft tunnel. I just need to paint it light gray and bolt it down.

Great attention to detail man, love everything you've done!
I'm guessing you're a Basketball fan? Love your son's name.......

Thank you!

Actually not a basketball fan at all, just like the name Jordan. And his middle name is my first name, Michael

I put about 30 miles on the truck this weekend. Felt great driving it around. 20 of those miles were on the turnpike cruising at about 65-70mph. It drove great and no issues were found.

This thread is great. The truck makes me miss my old standard cab. Nice work and it's true about building your second truck you feel like you are a littleare knowledgeable. Although I find it hard a electrical engineer can build something so nice you must have actual electricians helping
