Got a call from the machine shop today saying my hubs and axles were done. $150 to redrill all 4 to the lincoln bolt pattern. Stopped by the parts store and bought new bearings and seals so hopefully I'll get at least the fronts swapped over this weekend

Worked on the front bags now that I'm finally done cutting everything out of the way. Got both sides tacked in place and for my first front bag job I'm very happy with it so far. The corner of the upper bag bracket it hitting the upper control arm when it's aired up all the way so I'm going to trim that tomorrow and finish welding everything. Here's some pics (sorry it was dark outside)

My lower bag bracket is hanging pretty far over the lower ball joint but that's just how it had to be for the bag to clear. When it's aired out the bag folds nice and flat. Gussets are going to be added tomorrow

My lower bracket slightly goes over the first two bolts of my lower ball joint (s10 joint with drop spindles) but yours seams to go over much more. How do you plan on securing the plate to the LCA adequately? I ended up using a small piece of solid square stock to space it up. Good luck!

I welded some 1/4 steel to the sides of the arm then to the bottom of the bag bracket. I moved my lower ball joints in about 1/4 inch to help reduce the negative camber so that's why the plate hangs over so much further.

I got a ton more work done tonight. Everything is reinforced and welded. Hooked up some temp air line and ran the bags up and down a bunch to make sure there wasn't any clearance issues and everything looks great. Shot some black paint on everything and it will be ready to go back together in the morning. Here's a few pics

Need to pick up 1 more bearing for the front hubs in the morning and then I can put the redrilled hubs on and feel safe driving the truck

Forgot to add I ordered an avs switch box earlier so hopefully I'll have all my air lines ran and ready to hook everything up when it gets here. Still need to hook up lines to the edc and start on my bed floor so i have a place for the tank. One thing at a time I guess

Got the re drilled hubs and new bearings in and the front end all back together tonight. Hooked up the bags with some temp air line so I can move it around and must have ran them up and down 2 dozed times. I feel like a little kid on Christmas with my new toy. Plans for next week are find shocks for the front and rear and start on the bed floor so I have a place for my tank. Pics will come as I get more done

Keep up the good work, bro. I like where you're going with this truck. Looks kinda familiar, too.
