Made good progress today got the bed floor trimmed out. Shot some weld through primer on everything and started welding. Got it 90% done. Tomorrow going to make fillers for the sides of the tubs and start on the cover for the middle. Did plug welds every 4 inches and going to smooth them out and do a spray in bed liner. Here's pics

Cool I am cutting the fenderwells out and need to cut the whole floor out. Got to get rid of the rust in the floor.

I went through and marked all the spot welds with a sharpie then spent all day drilling. This bed had a liner in it and the floor was completely shot

Worked on drilling some of these out today there alot of them. Gonna try and go get my trailer fenders this week so I can do some mock up and take some good measurements and get my diamond plate cut to. Not sure if it would be better to make new supports or not after looking at them. Lots to do!!!!

Bed floor is all welded in just need to make some fillers for the sides of the tubs. Going to do a little grinding and some body filler then epoxy prime and spray in bed liner. Going to try either the sem or u-pol raptor diy bed liner kits. Leaning towards the u-pol just trying to find a place to buy it loally
