IRS! That'll be sweet!
2 more runs on the ladder or just 1 and some tabs and gussets?
Very interesting!

Minor update. Haven't touched it in a long time but got to spend sometime on the B today.

Made mounts for the RX7 subframe out 4"x 4" square tubing:

And this is how it is going to be:

I still have to weld the pins in order to call these mounts done.

Mine is going pretty slow too... I'm always off on weekends, come on up!

I decided to get something done on the B this weekend. It is always the lowest priority in my list of things, but if it stays this way it will never be finished. So I decided: screw the priorities!

The RX7 IRS is finally bolted in place and the truck sits on its own wheels again. I finished installing the subframe, differential and anti-sway bar. Also installed the brackets for the air bags. This is my first air bag setup, I think it turned out ok. Not super pretty, but functional.

Bellow, bags fully deflated: remember, laying frame was not the intention

Next I have to figure out the shocks and install the anti-sway bar links. Then it's back to the engine and drive line again...
