Funny! Yeah most of my shit got stolen or lost in the move (had to use my truck bed as storage and people are assholes!) I only had cheap ass ratchets left.

And I got a second amp for free from a friend of mine. (I know this is a weird mounting spot but all the wiring was already there so it made sense. Once I get some more money I'll rewire it to a better spot!)

Hey man, liking the build so far, and liking the attitude of doing it yourself paint the grille instead of buying a new one, there ain't nothing wrong with DIY.
you never said if you got the tailgate to fit properly, I had the same kind of issues when I bought a Taiwanese replica tailgate, my fix was to cut the hinges and get them welded to take out the extra height.
Stereo is all good, I know single cabs are no fun for sounds, my friend has a single cab D50 and he's super limited for options, as far as power goes, try and find a alternator from a S4 or S5 RX7 they bolt right up and are 80a I think, much better than factory B2200.
Nice choice on the Weber, I have the 32/36 DGAV and am pretty happy with it, I had to fit a fuel pressure regulator though to turn the pressure down to 2PSI, you don't need one?
The only thing I would do if I was you is spend a bit of time and clean up the engine bay, remove unused wiring, hoses and the like, a good scrub with an old dish brush and decent soap, makes working on the motor a lot nicer, and when people see you're engine all clean and shiny they know that you're doing somethin' somethin' with it.
Also has the bonus of when you do get a leak somewhere, you can find it a lot easier.

Thanks man! I appreciate the Input. And thank you for the alternator info which year rx7 should I look for? Also I don't know how but my weber 38/38 does fine with the fuel pump and no fpr. As far as the tailgate goes I have it about right now all I did was take a BFH and beat the hell out of the lower rate mounting spot for the hinges...

I have a FC3S alternator, which according to Wiki is made from 1986-1991, it's the Porsche shape one between the old school rx7 shape and the Batmobile one.
Was a straight swap, no mods to plug or anything, I had to get a 11mm wide belt though, but the B2000 13mm one will work.

How does this monoleaf thing work?

U remove the support leafs and so it weakens the main leaf. Hence dropping it. It's not the greatest way to drop but it gets the job done and is free! Lol
