Painted the bay and re-assembled...minus the engine.




Sorting out/repairing/modifying the wiring harness now.




Plan to have the body sprayed this weekend or the engine installed. One or the other, not sure which one yet.

Got the body scuffed up late last night.



Got the engine out of my truck. Poor B2k has spent more time in its entire life WITHOUT an engine that with one.



One problem!!
Freaking oil cooler housing snapped!!! Went to go change the seals, since they were leaking...New seal in, just running the bolts down and the ear snapped off. Looks like there are hairline cracks all over the housing as well...So gotta get a new one of them...


OH! And the reason it leaked? Someone made an o-ring out of red RTV...


Plans for today include:
* Finish the body prep and hopefully paint it
* Attach Dave's trans to (now his) engine
* Go to junkyards to find a new oil cooler housing
* Drill and attach VR sensor to Dave's trans.
* F*ckin' engine and trans is going in with or without the stupid, POS, worthless, pain in the arse, good for nothing, ghetto, sh*tty oil cooler.
