Today I had to redo my exhaust.

Now it comes of the header to 2.25" pipe to a Moroso spiral flow muffler under the cab, comes out with 2.5" and bends up and follows frame pattern, goes into a Flowmaster, continues with 2.5" from there over the axle and out the back with a turn down behind the roll pan.

Sounds a lot better. Tons quiter, no more vibration from the harmonics of a flowmaster dumped under the cab.

Yeah, that drone is a total buzz-kill.

It caused so much vibrations my girlfriend said it was better than a vibrater. We couldn't take the truck many places. Lol.

Made and installed some custom door panels. My grandfather was in the Army during the Korean War so I am going to put his company patch and name on there as well. Doing custom door openers as well. Will have AR15 detachable carry handles for door pulls.

1/8" hardboard main panel, 1/8" hardboard letters cut with a dremel, 1/8" hardboard start drawn by hand and cut with razor knife. Glued the letters and star down with 3M super 90 high strength spray adhesive. Picked up 1.5 yards of material and used same adhesive to hold it to the panel. Drilled all the holes and cut out for window crank with the dreme. No jigs or guides. All done by hand with a dremel, razor knife, or scissors.

I have decided I think I am going to use M60 carry handle as a door pull. Since I am shaving my doors I am thinking about putting a button on the end of the M60 handle and use it as a opener wired to the door poppers.

Thanks man.

This is the handle I have decided to use.

My dash pad over the glove box was lifting on both ends so I decided to wrap it with the material from the door panels.
