Looking for a house in the 3000 square foot range with a garage attached to the house for parking (rain etc.) I would like a 2 story, something open, party type house.

well if your talkin bout buildin race cars, DEFINALTY live in a county w/ out emissions. 1 u can get a tag no prob for your cars w/ out emissions crap and 2 finding acreage in a metro county wont be easy or cheep.

There's actually a house right down the street from my parents that would be perfect for you. I believe it is 4 acres, and connected to the house is a shop about just as big as the house with an office. Also it is about an hr away from Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, Ga Just come up here and check out all the areas.

yeha I was wondering about emissions, how does that work in GA and what counties do what ? You guys dont have front plates do you ? And Florida is great, you can tag whatever the hell you want. Same way there ? Inspections or emissions ?

they only have emissions in the metro counties, fayette, coweta, douglas,gwinnet, cobb,fulton,dekalb. im prob forgettin a few.

yea, pretty much anything within like a 1hr radius around Atlanta will have emissions.

i found some places near brunswick with like an acre and a half plus 3500 sp. ft. house and a barn in most cases for aroubd 140k which is super cheap. imy wife already started panik the house. i cant wait to move back south again
